Poor shipping and a broken part

The product had a shipping date of next day. Searspartsdirect mailed it late and it was delayed two days further. Upon arrival, it's broken. Working on a return.

The part was easy to install

The part was OEM and was easy to remove old part and easy to install new one. Wetting the gaskets with water before trying to fit new motor in was a good idea. Also make sure the surface of where the motor is inserted is cleaned of any debris.

The motor was an easy install, once the dishwasher was pulled out of the cabinet. New motor installed quickly and sealed perfectly with the provided o-rings. No leaking! New motor is so much quieter (I guess the old one had been dying slowly and was so noisy!)
