Dispenser failure

Similar issue to first replacement part I returned after 2 mos. No positive click to soap dispenser which failed. Also there was fluid in rinse dispenser when it arrived so it makes me think this is a used part. I have little confidence this dispenser will last for very long.

New dispenser doesn't work
