Went to install the piece after unpacking it and having to run to Lowe's to purchase the tape to adhere it to the door which was supposed to be supplied but was not. After attempting to install the glass, being unsuccessful and contacting customer service again, it seems there are 2 different sizes of glass for 1 model of oven. They sent the wrong size'never clarified the first time which size oven door we had. Back to square one waiting for the part.
