Easy to install
Really EASY to install. Took a few weeks to get it and have not had a chance to use the oven. However I did turn the oven on for a few minutes and seemed like it would be okay. Anyone is crazy for paying a service person to install this part. You can do it yourself.

Brackets on Backwards
The repair was easy but the new bracket came with the mounting legs on wrong. Had to modify on my workbench

Only used the bracket supplied for now. Biggest is due to corrosion of original screws. Two screws and plug in should otherwise be easy to be installed.

Broil Element
Pretty simple to install and only took about 15 minutes. However if you range has some age on it I'd recommend also replacing the 5 mounting screws.
