Wrong Screws, Charged for shipping, Need Microwave

I purchased a microwave from Sears. Because it was a previous return it did not have the mounting screws to install it. Sears charged me to have mounting screws sent but they were the wrong screws. I returned them but they did not reimburse shipping fees. I am so fed up with Sears. I went to the store and they refused to help me. Instead they sent me to an Appliance parts and service store that was permanently closed. I'll never purchase major appliances from Sears again. As a matter of fact this is the third time I've ordered and had problems returning or exchanging.
