Easy fix to an apparently common problem

I ordered this hose and the metal tube it connects to - fortuitous on my part - the NEW hose will not connect to the OLD tube - they should be sold only as a pair! Removal of the original tube and installation of the new was a snap - took less than five minutes! Fixed the leaky (unusable!) connection problem of the old (original) parts.
