I had called our refrigerator dealer where we bought it and he said the part was unavailable. I checked at this site and they had it! I had a little difficulty with paying as I don't have PayPal but a service rep was there to help complete the transaction nicely. The item was very easy to replace in the fridge.

Horrible - incomplete part and no instructions
The part comes without small components which have to be removed from the old part or purchased separately. The long metal bar was particularly difficult to remove and install. And there was not instruction how to do it. More generally. The entire part is very badly designed and I expect it to brake again soon. Given its price it probably makes more sense to buy a new, better designed refrigerator.
