Problem still not fixed
October 01, 2021

Had "sears" guy come out 2x. Said no problem probably left door open r. Later that day freezer was 44 degrees. Call again. This time another sears guy said the problem was the flipper part of the frig door. When he took it off the wires were cut. I purchased the part, installed it, freezer still has ice build up. Cleaned it out ice built back up again in the freezer

Easy to install. Over priced and didnt come with any screws or clips that should have been included or at least discussed when i called in to order! Took a long time to get part.
