Faulty part

We received this part in a box with no packing. We installed it, turned the water on and it spurted out water all over. We turned the water off, put a new filter in and only a trickle of water came out of the dispenser + it still leaked water on the floor. We turned the water off until we can get it repaired. We were told we would receive an email validating our purchase which did not happen so we don't have any information about the purchase. There was not packing slip in the box with the part.

Worked. But, Slow Shipping.

Once I received the part, I was able to install it. The most challenging part of the installation was the disconnection of the lines. It was hard for me to get a grip. I gave 3 stars because of shipping. I ordered the part on January 18th, part listed as being in stock. But, I did not receive it until February 7th. I called to check the status of shipping twice. When I called a second time, I cancelled the order. 3 days later, the part shows up. Funny how that works.

I am not very mechanically inclined, but installing this housing was pretty easy with the help of a friend and a YouTube video. Be sure to turn the water all the way off which I did not at first :>.
