3rd time I've had to purchase this handle in 6 yrs

When I asked them if they had a metal handle they said no. But offered no discount or apology (or free replacement) for the poor design of the handle. But they did ask me if I wanted to buy an extended warranty on their poor design! I also had to buy a replacement door shelf last year. Note to Sears: plastic may be cheap but the days of Maytag quality are gone.
