Right & wrong parts?
I received the correct part & installed it and it works fine. However, I received another heating element (wrong part) on the same day that I did not order. I'll have to call Sears Parts Direct to send back. The turn around time of receiving the part was very quick. Thanks.

A oven coil we can't insert.
Sorry, no blame, but that element is impossible for our old wall oven--we need one shaped like a U with two plugs to insert at the back. We don't have a plug in in the middle as shown. We were so discouraged we just set it back in it's box. We realize we don't have the correct numbers for you. Would it be easier to locate an entire oven? We don't want to pull out our entire cabinetry in our 80's. Bob and Carol Knych. You could call us at (520) 575-7799.

Sent wrong part and then given wrong part number.
Sears Parts Direct sent me the incorrect element for my oven and then when I called to request the correct part, they gave me the wrong part number. Luckily, I googled how to find the part number on my element and realized their mistake before I bought another part from them. I found it quickly on Amazon for 1/4 of the price I was quoted.
