Kenmore gas stove drip pans
Contacted SPD iot get new drip pans (4) for my Kenmore gas stove. Gave CSR my model # who checked an said they have them. No problem, I ordered them. 2 wks later, they come in. When I initially discussed with CSR, i advised mine are "square" and 7 1/2". The ones I received were "round" an 8". Along with that, couldn't hardly understand the CSR due to the accent. I returned the parts an will be looking for another dealer in the future.

Easy
I had been told several years ago, that the drip pan was no longer available. Put in the model number of my range, found the part, and took the chance. Received the drip pan and it works great. Took the old one out and put in the new one

Wrong size
For the second time Sears Parts direct has messed up my order. They sent the wrong size AGAIN. This is very annoying. Now I must call and spend an hour on the phone trying, for the second time to order these items
