Quick Delivery, Easy Installation
The item arrived before the anticipated date. While there were no instructions in the box, I assume since it is made to fit various models, a video guide was readily available on Youtube. I had one "hiccup." The inner door has four supports with closed foam pads that I assume are to limit any inward movement of the outer panel. The pads on my oven were damaged from years of heat. The solution was to go to a local auto parts shop where I purchased some stick-on foam used where it is exposed to heat. Cutting four pieces, I easily finished and reinstalled the door.

Frustrated with Customer Service
Tried to order outer glass for wall 6 yr. old Kenmore Elite wall oven. Was told the outer glass was discontinued would have to order complete door, which I did. When the package came it was the outer door glass, but I paid for the complete door. Called twice, both times said I would receive a response within 48 hrs. It has been 12 days since delivery and still no contact.
