online order for dishwasher gasket water inlet

i ordered a gasket using the proper model number... i also chatted with the expert online. when the gasket arrived in the mail it was the proper number but did not come close to being the right one. i called the help desk ... they assured me it was the right number. I am a problem solver and eventually figured out that the leak did not come through the gasket butÉ This experience was painful and time-consuming.
