Extremely difficult to "install"

-There were NO instructions enclosed. -There were NO instructions to be found on any website. -There was NO hardware included. -I called customer service THREE times. The first two required that I answer a 3-question survey. The first question asked my age, so forget that. The third time I was able to connect and was waiting patiently to chat with a CSR. The call suddenly disconnected. Missing Hardware: The top dish rack required me to ask a friend, who builds and flies radio-controlled model airplanes, to assist me to "snap off" the hardware from the old dish rack. Turns out it required a tool (also not enclosed). Then we had to figure out how to "snap onto" the new dish rack. Although my friend is used to working with delicate, small materials, THREE of the four pieces which connect to the rollers BROKE. Considering the cost of these dish racks, approximately $130 each, NEW HARDWARE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED. At MINIMUM, INSTRUCTIONS. Although all my kitchen appliances have been purchased from Sears, I will NEVER purchase another Sears product again.
