Perfect fit for Thermador Built-In side-by-side

Part #2307028 Control board for Thermador 48" Built-in side-by-side refrigerator is no longer in production. After research I figured out that the new replacement part is Part #W10818296, which is a full "kit" not just a control board. Installation was easy after following the instructions from the booklet that is included in the new part. My refrigerator's control board is "Style B" as called out in the instruction booklet. Just had to remove the front panel (8 screws) on compressor unit box on top of the refrigerator, remove the small power switch panel (3-screws), disconnect wire harness from the old control board, placed the new control board box in the same overhead compressor unit box, routed the wire hardness from the box to the old control board location and make the connections that were pretty much plug and play. Put the power switch panel back followed by the front cover of the compressor unit box. That's it! It is ~30-40mins job. It took me another 30-40mins to figure things out.
