Quick, easy and inexpensive repair
I wish the manuals would write how easy it is to replace an ice maker and then also tell you that if the ice maker stops working, 9 times out of 10, you just need to buy a new one. No need to call a repair man. It takes about three minutes to remove the old one and install the new one. Add another five minutes because you are nervous and pausing YouTube as you go. I will always buy my parts here- thank you!!

Angels kiss each cube of ice
One screw, remove side plate. Disconnect plug from icemaker. Press tab at the top of icemaker to remove part and slide forward. Put new one in place and push forward to lock in place. Reattach plug and reassemble plate with screw. Press blue button on right side of tray to reinitialize. Put bucket back in and walk away. 5 minutes and a beer. That's when the magic happens. Shortly after, water will be heard flowing. The icemaker will wait its icemaker amount of time. Then kick frozen treats into the bucket. Thank the Angel's for frozen wonders. My warm drinks will never be the same.
