Right part and quick delivery
Though it may look like a big deal, it only takes a Philips screw driver, players, and a 7/16 (I think) socket or wrench. I also recommend the YouTube videos to talk you through it. Hardest part of install is getting the two seal retaining springs on without an expander tool, but it can be done with good players. Be careful of lots of sharp surfaces. First time I did this it took a couple hours.
