Just what I needed
Our washer kept "freezing" intermittently before going into the spin cycle. This was the part we needed. Easy to install, maybe 15 minutes, and most of that is unhooking the washer and hooking it back up. Shipped fast and the wife is happy!

Store sent me the wrong part. Easy to return
The store did not send me the part pictured on the page, nor was it a compatible part. Received a different washer actuator. Put the part number in Amazon and had the part quicker than the Sears store would have gotten me a new one. Cheaper too. At least Sears made it easy to return the wrong part, so still had a good experience.

The model number on the box did not match the model number of the part in the box. Have to return for the correct part.

Simple to install.
The part arrived very quickly and took less than 20 minutes to install. Please note, you MUST run the calibration program on the machine after installing this. Really glad to have been able to fix the machine.

Actuator review
I guess the actuator was fine, delivery was speedy, but the videos online were incorrect considering this part did NOT fix the washer. So now we are out the part price as well as new washing machine
