Waited 4 months, got 2nd & 3rd DEFECTIVE part!

Ordered a control board in June. It arrived Sept 3. Installed, and it was defective. Immediately reordered 9/3 and after numerous chats with customer no-service, the board I reordered FINALLY arrived 12/29 (from 'parts return center'). It, too, was DEFECTIVE! Immediately called for another replacement from the 'parts return center'. And, board #3 is also DEFECTIVE!! Are they just sending me their defective returns to put me off??? RIDICULOUS!!!!
