never had so much trouble getting the RIGHT part the FIRST time in my life.. The woman in the chat room was worthless and sent me out a duplicate of the WRONG part DAH... when the RIGHT part came, it was a FACTORY REGECT I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SEARS AGAIN.... EVER
