Terrible service. It takes a week to ship this part from California to Georgia. I can get it same day from Amazon for a lot less money. Your business model is obsolete. Go elsewhere.

Less than 24 hours after purchase I cancelled my order via the chat feature. Somehow you still shipped the part the day after it was cancelled. I had to call and wait a bunch of time on the phone just to get through. Now I have to return the part and take additional time to ship it back. You should not be able to cancel an order and get a confirmation if the order isn't really isn't cancelled. Get your act together.
