Easy to install
Fairly easy to install. Just need the correct tool for the job. You need a T15 torque screwdriver. I'm fairly handy and it took me about 45 min from start to finish. Customer service was very helpful in locating the correct part for my dishwasher.

I'll give you one star because I've never installed it because I didn't need it, and that's why I canceled the order about 1 1/2 hours after I made it, you guys 'cancelled' it for me on your online service, or so you told me you had, you were very polite, it was very professional, and then I realized my money was not refunded, and you send it to me anyway a week later..... I will never order from you again, and ive never even opened bag you sent it in, for that kind of money you think you would have put it in a box.

Simple Installation, fixed the issue
Super straightforward to replace the latch, watch a YouTube video if you are at all concerned. Just unplug the DW, remove the door cover (external skin) & 2 screws holding the latch in remove the defective latch & reverse to install.
