Ordering a replacement glass for oven door.

I was very pleased with Customer Service. The customer service gentleman I spoke with was so very helpful and was able to order the replacement part. It did helped that I registered my oven 21 years ago. He was able to pull up my information to identify my oven and was able to find the part comparable to the oven part I needed to replace since my oven is no longer made. Best advice I can give is ...register all appliances!
