Trim piece came with no installation instructions, nor was there anything on the website other than an exploded diagram. Thankfully, it is fairly straightforward...except that the front glass is attached to the trim piece with glue. Nine days later, still waiting for customer service to get back to us with answers on the best way to proceed. Sheesh
