Faulting substitution for original part.
The part was listed as a "substitute replacement, compatible for the requested part". It's NOT!! Not even close. There is a reason they've made this NON-Returnable. It doesn't work and I suspect the supplier knows it. Yes, it's $11 and returning probably would cost near that, but still.
