Simple fix, just pull away from the wall, remove back panel and switch out the motor.

I waited so long on back order I thought there was no way I would ever receive it they didn't notify me it just showed two days after I bought new machines as the F06 code just hounded me and my hands were tied they had already told me twice two dates that it didn't come off back order then it just shows up and 385$ charge plus shipping?! What a joke
