Came in 3 pieces, in a box with a note from the previous person to receive it damaged. I was obviously sent a return with no action taken on the original return.

Useless
I ordered a bin for my kenmore refrigerator because the door bottom bin broke. The new part arrived broken so it is as useless as my original bin.

wrong item / did not fit
This item did not fit properly so had to get replaced by a customer rep, who failed to inform me that there is a $7 fee/charge for creating a return label on Sears end. They just charged my card for it without authorization. Not happy and will take my business elsewhere.
