Great part / great service.

The spinner was shipped VERY quickly. It was very easy to install. Latches on rack rollers were worst part of job. Hint: I placed newspaper on bottom of washer to make sure I didn't drop the two small water feed tube screws down into the drain grid. Could be a big problem!

Upper dish rack and spinner.

The parts were shipped and arrived in a very timely manner. I replaced the lower dish rack due to one of the tines breaking off. I had to remove the wheel guides from the old rack and reinstall them on the new one. This saved additional expense as there is nothing wrong with the wheels. It was fairly simple to do. The spinner was easy to install the worst part was removing the top dish rack. This is a little more involved in order to do so you have to remove plastic stops on the front rails the rack slides on so you can remove it. The spinner can only go one way to install the fastener so it's pretty simple to do also. I had originally scheduled a Sears Tech to come out but due to him not showing up in the 4 hour window that turned into 6 hours I canceled the service call.
