Dealing with Sears' Parts Direct
Parts were ordered on January 31st because the website stated that all parts were in stock. February 3rd I received notice that only two of the items had shipped and everything else was on back order. I called customer service and asked to cancel the balance of the order. The representative confirmed that they would be cancelled. Over the next 3 months I received 6 notices that the items were still on backorder. The last of 4 parts arrivedMay 13. This was a horrible experience and I am exceptionally dissatisfied.
