I had a bad experience

Ordered a part on 4/5 with an eta 4/12. Item was never shipped. After many phone calls of reps trying to tell me that the part has been shipped and delivered, despite the fact that the only thing the tracking number is showing is label created. After many more phone calls with reps who don't listen to me, they just have standard answer that they keep repeating. Finally i was able to cancel the order and get a refund " it took a month "
