Frigidaire Clock - Oven Control Board a Winner !

There was a power surge and the Range Clock-Oven Control board shorted out on our Frigidaire Cooktop Range. Without the Range Clock-Oven Control Board functioning the cooktop burners would work but not the oven. The cost to replace the Range with a new Frigidaire Cooktop Oven would have been about $650 dollars. The cost of the oven control board part was less than $100 dollars, was easy to install....thus saving me around $550 dollars. If your handy with tools it's definitely worth the time, effort and cost to replace the Oven Control Board. I also plugged the oven's 120 Volt AC power cord into a surge strip as to avoid damage that may be caused by future power surges.
