Right Part
The part I ordered was a perfect fit. It was exactly what I was looking for. I just wish the old part had not been put on so tight. I had to use an impact wrench to get it off. Ridiculous! Valerie, on the live chat, was very helpful and reassured me that the part I was ordering was the right part for both sides.

I don't think they actually care.
Again. Second time wrong part. Gave them model number, part number talked them through it but still sent the wrong part. Have re ordered yet again. Not to mention Have to send those wrong parts back and what a pain that is getting them to understand I didn't order those parts and they are of no use to me. Meanwhile my lawn just keeps growing so went and bought a john deere. Parts are local not to mention much better designed steering system in the first place.
