Refrigerator control board
$99 for technician diagnosis; opted to buy the part for $175 rather than $580 installed. Didn't fix my problem, wrong diagnosis. Sears unwilling to help fix my problem without my spending large amounts of money. Mostly trying to sell home warranty packages. I thought that Sears would be a reliable. Try someone else.
