Unexpected surprise
The plastic portion of my Kenmore refrigerator crisper cover had broken and since Sears was essentially out of business, I did not think I would be able to replace the crisper cover, but in desperation I pulled out my owner's manual and found a phone number. I called the number and the lady who answered the phone was so knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant I could not believe it. It took her seconds to locate the crisper cover part and get it headed my way. The replacement came in just a few days. The crisper cover did not fit perfectly, but with a little zorching and compromising, it was fixed, and it felt like I had a brand new refrigerator. I failed to get this employee's name and feel badly about that. If I could, I would nominate her for the "Employee of the Year" Medal. A very special "THANK YOU" goes out to her from me. It has been a very long time since I have had that pleasant an experience on the phone with any business or company employee. Thank you, Amazing Employee" for bringing a part of yesteryear back for me.

The part came quickly and in good shape, with very good packaging. It was somewhat confusing to find the correct part on the website for my 7 year old Kenmore fridge, but it ended up being the correct part! Easy to install.

Great Replacement Experience!
Easy installation, perfect fit--even of the glass shelf and completely the same as original. We're very happy with the replacement part experience. The ONLY hassle of the experience----when we removed all the produce and items on and around the shelf and drawers to install the shelf, we spent the next 2 hours emptying, cleaning everything and reinstalling all the contents of the refrigerator. Not happy about the extra work---but understand it just revealed the need.

Very fast service
I was impressed with the fast service provided. It took 2 days and I received the part. The installation of the part was not complicated. When I ordered the part for my Kenmore refrigerator, I ordered an LG part from a cross reference table. I was worried of getting the wrong part. But the part I received was perfect
