You managed to send me the wrong part three times...I ordered a Pk of 4 Dishwasher Caster Wheels, you sent me drip pans for a stove twice...then three not four Caster Wheels...I have never experience such incompetence..

We just pushed our dishwasher onto it's back, pulled out the old casters and pushed in the new ones. We didn't even need any tools! Total time--5 minutes or less.
