If I could give zero stars I would
Don't waste your time with these people. There's no communication with customers let alone departments. I ordered a refrigerator handle in October and couldn't find out anything about my order and where it was 3 months later. I got the same scripted answer every time I reached out to them. I rated the installation difficulty based on getting the part from them and not actually installing. Order directly from the manufacturer and skip these guys.
