Slightly small but maybe designed that way.

The seal needed to stretch some to fit which was difficult with the need to glue it down. I put the seal on to the point it would need to be stretch and glued it down and clamped it. Let it sit for about an hour then put on more clamps to keep it in place and stretched it over the rest then clamped that down and let it dry for about an hour before removing the clamps. It stayed without pulling off and installation was a breeze after that.

We have a Kenmore washer and dryer that are about to hit 25 years and they both are going strong. Being able to get parts and watch a video or two have made repairs a breeze. Our dryer was sounding off, we discovered it was the seal in the back. Looked up some videos, ordered the part and bam, back in business! Super easy to install and dryer sounds healthy again.

took me 10 minutes to get it glued on the drum. I had my wife help me apply the felt around the rear drum, made it easier while gluing.

Dryer drum seal (Easy and worth it)

I didn't realize how important this seal was until I took the drum out. Removal of the drum was easy, my old seal had come apart in places letting lint and heat blow out the back wall of the dryer instead of it all going to the lint trap. I had an incredible amount of loose lint built up in places it shouldn't. It was simple to replace the seal, I just ripped out the old one and put a bead of the supplied glue down as I put the new seal in place. My dryer is quite now and I've checked for lent buildup since the install and there is none.
