Washers install easily.

The assembly was a pulley with a floating center that would adjust with the speed of the engine. First 2 bearings were placed into the bearing mount, then the pulley was inserted with the shaft upward so it would pass a support arm, then flipped into position into the bearing assembly. Then the screw coated with "red loctite" and washer can be inserted and tightened . (not torqued) part must then be allowed 24 hours to cure.
