Did not fit the piece and when we called back to let them know they said that is because you need this other piece. So now we need to return the glass and once we get our refund then we can get the other part. Hopefully they still have that other part since our refrigerator is discontinued.

shipping package/ method
The first glass was broken upon receipt because of poor packing material and method.. The second shipment to replaced was much better and it seems the glass was of better quality..

Don't use chat to help with placing order
I used a sales person in chat window to place an order for a refrigerator part to ensure I got the proper item. What came was not the correct item, I used free return and was still charged shipping, even though the incorrect item ordered was not my fault. Very frustrated trying to get a refund. Won't do this again.
