The nut had fallen off of my original Arm. After replacing my slightly deformed Arm and Nut my dishwasher cleans like it did when first installed.

took only 3 min to install.If your dishes are not coming out clean in the btm. rack, this could be the problem. changed mine and the results was perfect.
