They need to hire a better delivery service
The package of the air filter was ripped. Last time the water filter package was also ripped along with the water filter being broken. Not very pleased with the delivery service.

It is working now
It took a few changes to get the filters to show up at the right time. They were showing up months too soon before. I finally got it fixed and it is good now. The filters do what they are supposed to do.
