Easy to install

I went on line on the Chat area and spoke to a Rep. I told him my heating element for baking in the electric stove oven was not turning off. It became very red hot and an alarm went off. I turned off the breakers and then waited for two hours to turn breakers on. It again became very red hot. He told me after conferring with his team that it was the element. I told him he had to be the shut off, something to do with the top of the stove. He insisted it was the element. He sent me the new element and now we are back to square one. It WAS NOT THE ELEMENT. So I just bought a used stove.

Our son, who admittedly is handy, spent about 10 minutes installing the element. He encountered no issues and all went smoothly. I believe he did watch a You Tube video.

Simple two screws and a couple of electrical connectors to manage during installation. Took about 10 minutes to remove and reinstall. Simple and easy.
