This door seal (part number WP902894) is for dishwashers.

Door seal WP902894 seals the gap between the opening to the dishwasher tub and the outer edge of the door.

After installing the door seal, shut the dishwasher door and leave the door closed for several hours to properly seat the new door seal.

Bought this gasket to replace a failed one on our 30 year old dishwasher. At first it appeared to be an inch short. I installed the gasket by starting at the bottom of one side and working around to the opposite side. Then I gently pulled the last 6 inches of gasket stretching it to fit. It's rubber so it stretches. The fit is snug and no leaks!
