Needed a little tinkering
There was a slight difference in the attachment unit of this pump compared to the original one, even though they have the same reference number. Only one of the two screws fit into the original metal plate, so I had to be creative and used a spare vacuum cleaner belt to make sure the pump fit tightly on its support.

Washer Pump
The pump came intact and fit perfectly in place of the old one. Process took no longer than 10 min and I was washing my first load.
