Simple to install. Lift out the old deffuzers, remove any built up grease and push the new ones into a guided slots.

One should not have to pay almost as much as a new BBQ for a part. These cost almost $200, next time I will just get a new BBQ and it won't be a Kenmore.

The heat diffusers I ordered were received very quickly. The quality of the product seems good, but time will tell as the grilling season is here. The only negative on the product is the unexpected "high price" for the two pieces I ordered.

Great Service, Over-priced Flame Tamers

Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. The Flame Tamers ($40 each needed 3) I think are way over priced, and cost me half of what I paid for the grill.
