Part was an exact match (OEM). Very pricey for what it was. Could've been down payment for a new refrigerator. But as we all now everything is through the roof now. But it is nice to have a useable drawer again.

It`s the right part for the job
The first one I received was as broken as the one I was as broken as the one I was replacing. The first customer service agent I was connected to was beyond rude. A Lesson In Sears Parts Direct
We are in the process of reinforcing the refrigerator crisper units we bought. The ones that these are replacing gave out within 6 years of owning the refrigerator. I am amazed that the two drawers and the shelf unit that they slide into cost about 25% of the total price of the refrigerator and are so flimsy. We think a mixture of duct tape and wooden slats with some airplane glue should do it. Who cares what they look like, as long as they function an hopefully will not break within 6 years, if the refrigerator works lasts that long. Ordering was a breeze. Adan was stellar. Problems began when we received the bill way before the items were delivered. With the current crisis going on, I wasn't sure if the order would arrive, if it was to arrive, before the bill was due. After speaking to THREE CSRs. it was explained clearly to me and I finally received an anticipated delivery date. Low and behold, the items arrived just a few days before the bill was due. I am now probably not going to purchase Sears/Kenmore products in the future. The trusted brand that I have been loyal to for over 40 years is not what it used to be. : (
