Second time was right

A refrigerator drawer broke at the front corner. Fortunately, Sears Direct offered the part. We received it promptly but the box was slightly bent in and the packing was very tight so the pressure to bend the box was just enough to break the replacement at the same spot. Sears issued a second replacement before they had received the return of the broken drawer. Good for Sears! The second drawer arrived in a bigger box with more wrapping. Would have been more stars but for the tight wrapping and box of the first attempt.
