stuck for return shipping because of their error
Sears shipped the wrong part in a bag labeled with the correct part number. To get my money back I had to return the part. They deducted about $10 from my credit even though it was their error, for return shipping. Then I had to reorder the part. The second time I got the correct part in the bag. But the extra shipping for their mistake made it a very expensive part.
