Easy Peasy!
Part came promptly and well packaged. This was a very easy part to install. I think it took all of 5 minutes. Dishes on the top rack were not getting cleaned, not they are. Thank you!

Arrived Broken

Awful customer service
Delivered the wrong part. When I tried to have it fixed on the online ordering app, they tell me my order doesn't exist. When I call customer service, they say their computers are down. What am I supposed to do with a part I didn't order, don't want, and can't use? I have been trying to get hold of them for weeks. I give up. I'm going to try to order straight from the manufacturer and just eat the cost.

Came Broken
This part arrived in a plastic bag/envelope with no padding, so it's little wonder that it was broken. Customer service was excellent and the only reason they are not getting one star.

Fixed the issue
This took about 3 minutes to install this part. It corrected the issue I had with the top rack of my dishwasher not cleaning properly. Good quality part.

Spray arm kitchen aid dishwasher
I only needed the end part which connects to water in back of dishwasher. Would have liked to use the whole thing but when j connected it to the spray arm the spray arm hit upon the rest of it as it was a little short.
